Prior to joining TorchStone, Ms. Morency coordinated a global health initiative at JSI. She also interned with New America’s Political Reform Program and the Solís Policy Institute at Women’s Foundation California. Jane holds an MS in Security and Resilience Studies from Northeastern University and a BA in Political Science from Wellesley College, where she was selected as an Albright Fellow.
