Workplace Violence Awareness, Prevention & Response

As the rate of workplace violence increases, TorchStone has developed customized workplace violence workshops that go beyond the customary Run-Hide-Fight training objectives.

While we address essential techniques for surviving a crisis scenario, we also counsel companies on avoiding them through proactive planning and identifying pre-incident behavioral indicators. Our goal is to provide the tools needed to make sensible, appropriate decisions when faced with a potential workplace violence concern. To facilitate the best outcomes, we address the issue from two critical perspectives: The higher-level strategic perspective of the company; and the lower-level tactical needs of each and every employee.

If you are a CEO, human resources manager, or any concerned executive in a management position, please read “Caring for Your Employees: Preventing Workplace Violence Q&A” featuring expert TorchStone advice from Malique L. Carr, PH.D. and Michael T. Georgoulis.
